DELIVERY


Delivery Times

PLEASE NOTE: 
During the Christmas season, postage services are often backed up and your product may take longer than normal to arrive. 

(please note: times given below assume that an order is placed during normal working hours (Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm) and that no item is not marked as '30 day delivery'):

  • UK standard and tracked services are delivered in 3 working days.
  • International standard and tracked orders are delivered within 3 - 7 days.


Please choose your preferred option during checkout.

Please note: If your order is over 2kg it will be split across two parcels. If both parcels do not arrive at the same time, do not worry, your additional parcel(s) will be with you within a few days.

If it’s been more than seven working days since you received your dispatch notification email, your order should be with you. If it is not, before getting in touch, please check the following:

- Did you receive both an order confirmation email and a dispatch confirmation email?
- If you received both these emails, is the delivery address correct on both?
- Have you received an email notifying you that your order has been cancelled? (Please check your SPAM folder).

If you have checked all the above and still believe your order is late, please get in touch at contact@oliwhitetv.com You will receive a response within 48 hours.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Cactus Boy delivers WORLDWIDE.

All major currencies are accepted - via all major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

Your order will be processed in GBP.
Please note: Your payment provider may charge you a fee for purchasing in a different currency. It is advisable to check with your payment provider, before shopping.



RETURNS


If you wish to return, exchange or report an issue with an item or order, please email contact@oliwhitetv.com

You will receive a response within 48 hours (if your query is placed Sun - Thurs).

Please do not send any items back without first waiting for a response to your email. It may be that you do not need to send the item back.

If you are required to send anything back, a shop manager will need to confirm the correct return address for you.
If you return any items, please use a tracked service and retain proof of postage.
If your item does not arrive, it cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Refund and exchange eligibility is 30 days from receipt of your order.

INCORRECT ORDER INFO

If, during checkout, you entered any of your information incorrectly (wrong item, size, delivery name or address etc.) please email contact@oliwhitetv.com quoting your order number (e.g. '#OW-12345') and the necessary corrections.
